No, we are currently a pickup-only business. We do not offer delivery or shipping services at this time. Orders can be placed online and picked up at our location during pickup hours.
For same-day pickup, orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance. For larger orders (party boxes or custom orders), we recommend ordering 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Our mochi are best enjoyed within 24-48 hours of pickup for optimal freshness and texture. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. We do not recommend freezing our mochi.
Yes, we offer custom orders and catering for special events. Please contact us directly at simplymochi.ca@gmail.com with details about your event, desired flavors, and quantity at least 7 days in advance.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure online checkout system powered by Stripe. We do not accept cash payments.
